Description

This is a delightful property situated in the foot of the Monchique mountains at Franqueira, between the historic town of Silves and Messines.  This property has all the ingredients for a wonderful Portuguese getaway, spectacular views of the Algarve coastline, beautiful countryside and peace.

Casa Miradouro has 3 bedrooms and sits in a plot of 1.5 acres and most of the surrounding land is farmed to produce citrus fruits, avocado and olives. 

Inside there is a large lounge with ample seating with a dining area.  There is well equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs.  Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms; one with double bed and one with twin beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a separate cloakroom. 

On the first floor is the Master bedroom, with king size bed and en suite bathroom, plus a large private terrace. 

Outside the French doors is a covered terrace downstairs and an outside staircase leading to a large, secluded terrace upstairs. In front of the terrace is the swimming pool which has Jacuzzi bubbles. This is surrounded by flowerbeds and lawn. There are loungers and garden furniture for 6 people and a static barbecue.

The property is an excellent location for a private, peaceful holiday, with a real feel for the Algarve countryside, whilst still having easy reach to various parts of the Algarve

Silves is about eight minutes away and is a lovely town, complete with castle and cathedral. Messines is about the same distance and is relatively untouched by tourism. Both have a good selection of restaurants, plus shops and supermarkets. The travelling gypsy market visits each town once a month. The countryside is dotted with local restaurants, which provide good food at excellent prices.
 

Rates

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Sunday but other days will be considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.
