Casa dos Ciprestes is an impressive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property which is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. It is situated in a quiet and exclusive area near Loule, just 20 minutes transfer time from Faro airport. It nestles into the hills and has stunning panoramic views of the Algarve coastline. The villa is set in immaculate grounds and is built on 3 levels and therefore takes full advantage of the views and the surroundings.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space and its own private shower/bathroom.  A stone spiral staircase leads to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi bath.  The master bedroom has curved windows that allow you to enjoy the views.  Also on the first floor are a well equipped kitchen and utility room and a door leading to the outside terracing and pool area.

Continuing up the stone spiral staircase you enter the magnificent lounge/dining area (approximately 70 square metres) which offers spectacular panoramic views to the coast. The comfortable lounge area has a satellite TV with English, German and Dutch channels.  For those who enjoy indoor dining there is a stone table with 6 chairs and on this floor there is also a further covered terrace.

The property has its own private good sized pool surrounded by ample terracing, sun loungers, table and chairs and also a BBQ area.

Loule is a 5 minute drive away and is a bustling town with a monthly market.  The town is full of history and culture as well as lots of places to eat.  Inside the villa there is a guide to some of places you may wish to visit.  Within a 15 – 20 minute drive is the coast, the Vilamoura and Vale de Lobo golf courses, water parks and more…

BOOKING DEPOSIT... A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. The balance is required (plus returnable breakages and damages deposit £150) 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival
CHANGE OVER DAY... Normally Saturday but other days will be considered
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE... Arrival after 14H00 and departure before 10H00.
